She was predeceased by: her parents, Howe Shanks and Lydia Shanks (Hensley); and her husband Arthur H. Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Arthur Lee Perkins (Debbie), Penny Colombo (James), Mark Perkins and Susan Agesen (Jon); her grandchildren, Arthur Lee, Jr., P. J., Jamie, Michelle, James, Tiffany, Danielle, Rylee, Brittany and Aaron; and her sisters, Edna Salkowski and Marjorie Mundt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
