Jean Long Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Long of Leavenworth, Kansas, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Long to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Reed and Sylvia Reed; her husband Steve D. Long; and her siblings, Edna Reed, Doris Baker, Betty Housworth, Richard Reed and Edward Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Fisher of Leavenworth, Sherry Sue Cameron of Blaine, Tenn. and William H. Long of St. David, Ariz.; and her close friend Wilma Reed. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to foundations supporting Alzheimer's Association, the Deeper Window Association or the Hope Pet Rescue in Leavenworth in Jean's memory and honor.
