He is survived by: his wife Sarah Edith Dugan (Earl); his children, Vic (Lisa), John (Cece) and Deborah (Juan); his grandchildren, Jonas, Owen and Violet; his son Jack Dugan (Linda); his granddaughter Catherine; and his daughters, Linda Huber (Rich), Faith Dugan and Eileen Stewart (Chris).
