He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Edward; and his brother Tommy Dee Spain. He is survived by: his mother Edna Grace Spain (Allen) of Leavenworth, KS; his children, Christa Peterson (Antonio) of Sacramento, CA, Brandon and Mason Spain of Huntington, IN; and his brother Alan Spain (Brenda) of Puntagorda, FL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
