She was predeceased by: her parents, John Berry Cooper of Coffeeville and Masako Fukushima of Alchi; her husband Leon Manning of Kansas City; and her half-sister Brenda Jackson of Mobile, Alabama.. She is survived by: her children, Latia Manning of Kansas City, Kansas and Landon Manning of Overland Park, Kansas; her brother John Cooper (Alesia) of Las Vegas, Nevada; her half-brother Everett Cole (LaBrentha) of Flint, Michigan; and her nieces, Tyra Poole (Curtese) of Westerville, Nya Poole of Miami and Kayla Poole of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by other relatives and close friends.
