It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Geris (Leavenworth, Kansas), born in Saint John, Kansas, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Forge, Jr. and Eleanor Forge (Heim); her brother Herman J. Forge IV; her nephew Michael Plance; her niece Jessica Plance; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Vosseler and Michele Forge.
She is survived by: her husband Edward J. Geris; her sons, Joe Geris (Tricia) of Shawnee, Kan and Mark Geris (Sharon) of Vancouver, Canada; her grandchildren, Lauren Garcia-Metcalf (Angel), Daniel Geris, Ryan Geris and Will Geris; her great grandchildren, Angel Cruz and Adrian Garcia-Metcalf; and her siblings, Kathy Campbell (Everett), Janie Plance (Don), Elaine Jarvis (Mike), Shirley Vosseler, Jim Forge, Gary Forge, David Forge and Dennis Forge (Sherry). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to The Deeper Windows Association or Saint Luke's Home Care and Hospice.
