He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Holthouse; and his grandparents, Howard, Helen Holthouse, Thomas and Helen Callahan.
He is survived by: his mother Regina Holthouse; his wife Vicki Holthouse; his children, Tiffany Lewis (Mitch), Andrew Holthouse (Kayty), Julie Dietz (Tayler) and Jessica Evans (Paul); and his siblings, Ross Holthouse, Rene Chronert and Becky Hamlin.
