He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis "Butch" Parr and Eleanor Parr (Hund); his children, Brent Parr, Chris Parr and Sara Van Baale (Matt) of Leavenworth; his sisters, Judy Baker (Larry) of Leavenworth, Diana Bright (Rick) of Valley Center, Kan and Michelle Parr of Leavenworth; his grandchildren, Xavier Parr and Ryan Van Baale; his brother-in-law Jimmy Chmidling; and his sisters, Sharon Chmidling and Nancy McMurray.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the R. L. Leintz Funeral Home (4701 10th Ave, Leavenworth, KS 66048). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Joseph Church (306 N Broadway St, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
