He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Allen and Beatrice L. Allen (McCaully); his son Timmy Allen; and his siblings, Walter Jr., Jeremiah "Jerry", Patricia "Patty", William "Billy", Mary Catherine, Robert "Bobby", John "Jack", Kenneth "Kenny", James "Jim", Richard "Rick", Terrence "Terry" and David "Dave".

He is survived by: his children, Thomas Ryan Allen Jr. (Toni), Jennifer L. Richter (Mike) and Jeffrey L. Allen; his pet MayZ; his wife Lisa L. Parr; his grandchildren, Thomas Allen III, Caitlyne Harp, Mikala Allen Ochs, Eve K. Allen and Emmersen "Emma" Allen; and his siblings, Beatrice "Sis" and Charles "Charlie". He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
