He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl N. Poulter and Elaine Stavros Poulter. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Shaw Poulter; his son Cameron Davenport (Kaitlyn); his stepchildren, Angela and Tommy Woodley; his sister Janice Brown (Mel) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; and his nieces, Dayna Robertson, Michelle Brown, Gayle Contreras (Nick) and Diana Scarborough (Nick). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the VFW Post 56 Memorial Hall (519 Cherokee St, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
