She was predeceased by: her husband George Heath (Mac); her grandson Hunter Perkins; her great grandchild Cameron Heath; her granddaughter Jennifer Heath; and her sister Betty Dunham.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry M. Heath, Shann (Marie Heath), Terry (Debbie Heath), Denise (John Daniel), Dawn (Vic Monroy) and Melissa Perkins; and her brother Forrest Ballinger. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; and five great, great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church Archer Pasley Funeral Home (119 E Franklin St, Liberty, MO 64068). A burial was held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
