He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Thomas and Edythe Russell (Roesch); his wife Kathy L. Russell (Parsons); and his stepson Chris Upchurch of Leavenworth. He was also cherished by three grandchildren: and three great-grandchildren.
