He is survived by: his sons, Michael Kevin Waggoner (Roxanne) of Randolph, KS and Brian Dean Waggoner (Darlene) of Longmont, CO; his grandchildren, Rachel Kulbiski (Neil), Michael Waggoner (Roya) and Katrina Siegman (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Noah Kulbiski, Eli Kulbiski, Jonah Waggoner, Ava Waggoner, Olivia Waggoner, Andrew Siegman, Ryan Siegman and Clayton Siegman.
