He is survived by: his wife Arlene Kay; his children, Kim Arnoldi (Dave), Mary White (Drew), Chrissy Flavin, Linda Pinsel (Dan) and Dan Flavin III (Kelly); his brother-in-law Jerry Swartz (Jan); his grandchildren, Aimee Arnoldi, Sarah Collins (Crawford), Eric White (Ally), Allie Brasuell (Luke), Kelly White, Kirsten Melvin (Zack), Vince Flavin, Kate Pinsel, Jack Pinsel, Mick Flavin, Audrey Flavin and Millie Flavin; and his great grandchildren, James, Olivia, Asher, Brooks, Greta and Rosie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
