With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Raymond Gerhard (Leawood, Kansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 24, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Gerhard and Laura Gerhard (Ramker); and his stepson Ken Caywood. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Caywood (Ellison); his sister LouAnn Sandburg; his brother-in-law Kent of Clive, Iowa; his daughter Lauri Rollins; his son-in-law Steve of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his stepsons, Caysey Caywood of Wichita and Tim Mayes of Denver, Colorado; his grandchildren, Taylor, Mitchell, Tanner and Alicia; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Calvin, Forrest and Karrie.
