He was predeceased by : his father Edwin Oliver Boothe, Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Loretta Boothe; his spouse Bounthanath "Nat" Vongsalath; and his siblings, John Boothe (Amy), Elizabeth "Lisa" Moyer (Clint), James Boothe, Daniel Boothe (Mandy) and Joseph Boothe (Katie). He is also survived by nine nieces/nephews and their children.
