He was predeceased by : his parents, Anne Collins and Howard Collins Sr.; and his sister Susie Collins. He is survived by : his wife Jawn; his children, Erin Opfer (Duane), Zach Collins (Meghan) and Kelsey Brahl (Adam); and his sisters, Kathie, Peggy, Jeanne and Barbara. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends.
