Dewayne and Betsy Repine lit a candle

“My dearest Jim. We started out as neighbors and became good friends. We enjoyed hearing about your adventurous life (actually meeting President Johnson etc). We will miss your contagious laugh and cheerful personality. But the thing we will miss the most is just being able to run across the street and visit with you. Everytime we eat Chinese, we will think of you. God Bless! Love, Betsy and Dewayne”
