James O'Brien Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James O'Brien (Leawood, Kansas), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on December 11, 2018 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, James T. O'Brien Sr. and Mary Whalen O'Brien; his wife Kathleen Denise O'Neil; his sons, David O'Brien (Cindy) and Bob O'Brien (Sarah); and his siblings, Joanne Willis of Chattanooga and Kerry O'Brien. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Benedictine College in Jim's name for the creation of an endowed scholarship.
