He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Pieper; his brother Steve; and his grandson Mason. He is survived by: his father Grantley Pieper; his wife Lisa Ernst; his children, Delaney Thome (Alex), Keaton Pieper (David Plesha) and Mackenna Pieper; and his granddaughters, Riley and Madison Thome.
