It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jill Susan Galbreath of Leawood, Kansas, who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Jill's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Jill's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.

She was predeceased by: her father William Lawrence Galbreath. She is survived by: her sons, Collin, Connor and Cooper Smith; her mother Joyce; and her sisters, Kim and Cyndi Clothier.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Church of the Resurrection (13720 Roe Ave, Leawood, KS 66224). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Backpacks for Hunger charity through Church of the Resurrection.
