It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Brown of Leawood, Kansas, born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Stocker and Betty Stocker (Plummer). She is survived by : her husband Richard L. Brown; her children, Andrea Roemer of Tucson, AZ and Brian Dowling of Green Bay, WI; her grandchildren, Giselle, Willow, Brandon and Zachary; and her siblings, Sharon Caponetto of Independence, MO and Bruce Stocker of Frisco, TX.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
