He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Williams (Messer); his children, Lindsay Brodie (Nate) and Christopher; his grandchildren, Kylee, Brady and Luke Cook; his mother-in-law Mary Anne Messer; his siblings-in-law, Rick Messer, Rob Messer, Jerry Sams, Jill Messer-Sams and Jennifer Messer; and his sibling's children, Jason Milks, Mitchell Sams, Melanie Sams and Megan Milks. He is also survived by his cousins and many friends.
