He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Spade and Olive Spade (Hinck); and his siblings, Leroy Spade and Marilyn Haag. He is survived by: his children, Travis (Kendra), Scott (Chelsea) and Cheryl; and his grandchildren, Xada and Raylan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones VanArsdale Funeral Home - Lebo (107 W 6th St, Lebo, KS 66856). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Admire United Methodist Church (505 Market St, Admire, KS 66830). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Admire Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Riverside 4-H Club or Miller United Methodist Church, sent in care of Jones VanArsdale Funeral Home, PO Box 43, Lebo, KS 66856.
