He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Spade and Olive Spade (Hinck); and his siblings, Leroy Spade and Marilyn Haag. He is survived by: his children, Travis (Kendra), Scott (Chelsea) and Cheryl; and his grandchildren, Xada and Raylan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
