He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry G. Kelley and Irene M. Kelley (Blankley); and his brother Brian Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Windle (Mark), Jennifer Thomas, Dustin Kelley (Heather), Dylan Kelley and Drew Kelley (Taylor); and his siblings, Donna Kitt (John), Linda Mock, Diane Andrews (Dennis), Carol Danborg (Simon) and Jerry Scott Kelley (Sonia).
