He is survived by: his spouse Blossom Ann "Bobbi" Hunsinger; his children, David Wayne Kellum (Penny) and Kimberly Ann Stieben (Mike); his siblings, Kenneth Scott Kellum (Helena) and Karen Sue Ice (Richard); and his grandchildren, Michael Kellum and Haley Kellum.
