He is survived by: his wife Debra Monty; his son John (Janet) of Wichita; his siblings, Tim (Angela), James (Clarice) and Mary Andrews; his grandsons, Joshua Hetzel and Garrett Hetzel (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Jayden and Sophia. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces.
