She is survived by: her son Bill of Lenexa, Kansas; her grandson Lucas (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Carter, Presley and Holden; her grandson Logan (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn of Lenexa, Kansas, Landon of Lenexa, Kansas and Keaton of Lenexa, Kansas; her granddaughter MacKenzie Harvison (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Hank, Holly and Weston of Overland Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to the V Foundation or a cancer research organization of your choice, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.

“I am so sorry to hear of Bettie's passing. My name is Nicole Day and I work at Sunrise of Lenexa; I was one of Bettie's main care managers. We have been through quite a bit together as I worked with her almost every day of the summer until I had to go back to college in August.
