She is survived by : her husband Patrick; her children, Mike (Kathy), Darla (Steve), Dara (Jim) and Mark (Heidi); her grandchildren, Shawn (Dani), Scott (Candy), JP (Ashley), Rebecca (AJ), Genna (Sireena), Garrett, John (Liz) and Niccole (Avery); her great grandchildren, Sebastian, Anderson, Violet, Isaac, Kelsey, June, Sylvie, Ellison and Penny; and her siblings, Violet, Donna Jean, Roberta and Robert (Kelly). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests donations to the Good Samaritan Foundation, P.O. Box 5039, Sioux Falls, SD 57117 or Good Shepherd Hospice, 1317 S. Fountain Dr., Olathe, KS 66061 in lieu of flowers.
