He was predeceased by : his parents, David Lee Dugan and Judith Ann Dugan; and his sister Teresa Ann Brown. He is survived by : his wife Joanna Dugan (Joy); his children, Eric Dugan (Jenna), Marriann Dugan (Austin Kirkwood) and Jake Dugan (Alison); his grandchildren, Harper Dugan and Kameron Kirkwood; his aunt Connie Lehnen (Larry); his nephews, Jonathan Brown and Justin Dugan; his niece Jessica Hodina (Jason); and his cousins, Valerie Anaya (Jimmy) and Mikaylee McCarty (Colin).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (12800 W 75th St, Shawnee, KS 66216). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at the Resurrection Cemetery (8300 Quivira Rd, Lenexa, KS 66215).
