She is survived by: her former husband John J. Eisenbarger; her children, Kyle J. Eisenbarger and Kelsey A. Eisenbarger (Michael A. Kinkelaar); her brothers, Dennis Pustejovsky (Sharon), Robert Pustejovsky (Debbie) and Randall Pustejovsky (Cindi); her mother Martha A. Pustejovsky (Sulak); and her sister-in-law Jennifer King (Scott). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
