He is survived by: his wife Millie Muzyka (Standefer); his daughters, Jana Georgeanne Bremenkamp and Shelly Marie Arista; his grandson Hunter Lee Bremenkamp; his sons-in-law, Henry Bremenkamp III and Felix Arista, Jr.; and his siblings, Valia Gardner, Orest Muzyka and Alex Muzyka.
