It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Muñoz of Lenexa, Kansas, born in North Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on October 8, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Toalson and Kathryn Toalson; and her husband Joseph "Henry" Muñoz. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle (Zach Brockman); her granddaughter Zoe Brockman; and her cousins, Glenda, Cindy, Shirley and Joan. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.

“Helen was a lovely lady with a ready smile who sat behind my late husband and me at the early service at Country Club Christian Church. We always enjoyed greeting one another, and I miss that opportunity to visit with her. We reconnected on Words With Friends and played many games, chatting back and forth and enjoying the contact (even over a phone app). I will miss her.”
