He was predeceased by : his parents, James William and Gladys Maynard Adams; his wife Donna Kathryn Oyler; his son Michael Adams; his brothers, Lanny Adams and Tim Adams; and his nephews, Jeff Adams and Brendon Mooney.
He is survived by : his children, Kristi Streit (Jamie) and Steve Adams; his grandchildren, Katie Heintzelman (Jack), Drew Adams and Zoe Adams; his nieces, Ashleigh Mooney, Regina Gilbreath and Melanie Adams; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Adams and Joan Mooney (Richard).
