With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Heider (Lenexa, Kansas), who passed away on August 21, 2018 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Alfred Heider and Hope Rider Heider; his wife Victoria Monslow Heider; his children, Richard Heider, Justin Heider (Julie) and Jill Heider Draper (Ben); his grandchildren, Nickolas Blancarte, Jackson Blancarte, Kennedy Heider, Hayden Heider and Logan Heider; his sisters, Carole Lever, Janis Mikesic (Dave), Ann Heider, Vincent Monslow (Susan) and Joseph Monslow; his sister-in-law Janice Monslow Gillette; and also Joel.

I am sorry that I cannot attend his service as I am in Houston helping my daughter with a problem. My thoughts and prayers are with the Ward Community and Joel’s family. May he Rest In Peace.
