He is survived by: his sister Barbara Nell; his children, Christopher Alan, Chris Slater (Debbie) of Bucyrus and Cindy Burnett; his grandchildren, Bridgette Fueston (James), Shannon Sunday (Grant), Stacey Ward (Mike), Ryan Slater, John Burnett (Jamie) and Cristin Ratliff; his great grandchildren, Madison, Grant, Myles, Zara, Ryder, Shelby, Tobias, Tyler-Royce, Cassidy, Aubrey, Autumn, Johnny, Gage, Lily and Emma; his great great grandchildren, Elena, Amberlynn and Everleigh; and his sister Barbara Lamb.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel (11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
