He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Janne and Meta Janne; and his brothers, Everett Janne and Kenneth Janne. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Janne of Lenexa, Kansas; and his children, Kathi Nichols (Mark) of Shawnee and Kim Janne (Diane) of Madison. He is also survived by four granddaughters and one great‑grandson.
