With sadness, we share the passing of Laurel Lee Elliott (Lenexa, Kansas). Laurel, born on August 9, 1943, passed away on October 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Brownback and Shirley Drake Brownback; her husband Harry "Bo" Elliott; her siblings, Marion, Burton Brownback and Lorene Jackson; and her grandson Bo Michael Rapoff.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Jenks (Buddy); her stepchildren, Troy Elliott (Suzanne), Tracy Weber (Peter) and Holly Doran; her sister Marylou Kinder (Larry); and her grandsons, Harrison Andrew "Sonny" Rapoff and Elliott Catherine Rapoff. She is also survived by six step grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Centerville Community Church (205 E Market St, Centerville, KS 66014). A burial was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (8300 Quivira Rd, Lenexa, KS 66215).
