He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Jo Ann Clarice Kneisler (Fleming). He is survived by: his uncles, James Kneisler (Evelyn) and Anthony Recktenwald (Tony); his aunt Kathleen Fleming; and his siblings, Matthew (Shannon), Mark, John, Christopher (Nancy), Andrew Kneisler and Kathleen Haeker (John). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
