We announce the death of Marion Marie Snyder of Lenexa, Kansas, who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 99. Marion will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Marion will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Marion will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Marion’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenwood Shore and Mary Etta Shore; her husband Bill; and her granddaughter Kristen Jodi (Kristi). She is survived by: her children, Donna Kay (Terry), Gregory Dean (Debbie) and Debra Sue (Brian); and her brother Carl. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 6 great, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Central Church of the Nazarene (12600 W 87th St Pkwy, Lenexa, KS 66215). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
