He is survived by : his wife Kathy; his daughters, Lisa Marie (Lia) and Jaime (Dominic); his grandchildren, Aubrie, Alivia, Dominic, Caleb, Amelia and Talvin; his sisters, Marilynn and Marcia (David); his siblings-in-law, Donna, Boo (Dave) and Phil (Terri); his pet Lucy; and his friend Mike.
