He is survived by: his wife Sue Leslie; his siblings, Linda Collins, Roger Leslie, Leanna Schones, Deanna Sowers and Steve Leslie; his daughter-in-law Jean Katt; and his sister-in-law Kathy Ohmer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
