He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore DiGiovanni (Sam) and Ethel DiGiovanni; and his siblings, Cynthia and Joe. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Sara, Jennifer, Sal DiGiovanni (Lauren) and Brian Christie (Jessica); his grandchildren, Anthony, Ethan, Halie, Isabella, Skielar, Katarina, Samantha, Camryn and Bennett; his great grandchild Jeremiah; his sister Maria Howard (Tommy); and his nieces and nephews, Angela, Ashley, Roseann, Adam (Mandy), Sean (Gretchen) and Travis (Amy).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the McGilley State Line Chapel (12301 State Line Rd, Kansas City, MO 64145).
