He is survived by: his wife Jan Culp; his sons, Mark Meads (Carol) and Brad Meads (Bethany); his grandchildren, Matthew Meads, Allison Malmstrom (David), Michael Meads and Mark Meads; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley and Beau Malmstrom.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131). A memorial service was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
