He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Earl (Alzora Osborn) and Oklahomans; his wife Peggy Smith Osborn; his sons, Steve (Amy) and Dave (Pam); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Tessa, Jack (Kelly), Megan and Matthew. He was also cherished by his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
