He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Roy Ballard and Mary Juanita (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Benjamin of Santa Ynez, Cal, Robert of El Dorado, KS and Jamie (Jeremy) of Leon, KS; and his granddaughters, Haley, Sophia and Isabella. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and many beloved extended family.
