He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce L. Francis and Ellvene M. Francis (Edgren); and his brothers, Dick Francis and Norman Francis, Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Audrey Fritz of Leonardville; and his daughters, Angie Carrara and Amy Graves. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Blue Valley Ball Association or Light Up 66449 and left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home.
