He is survived by : his wife Anne Michelle Ballah; his children, Jennifer (Chuck Underwood), Jason (Ladonna), Joshua (Krystal) and Jered (Nicole); his grandchildren, Chelsey Hoover, Bailey Underwood, Elliana, Janae, Kayla, Nathaniel Ballah, Kylee and Jayce Ballah; his sister Janice Ballah of Tribune, Kansas.; and also Olivia Hoover.
