She is survived by: her parents, Dale Zook and Beth Zook; her husband Jay Derley; her children, Adrianna Jolene (Dallas) and Dallas Wayne; her sister Stacy Trout (Michael); her nephews, Colborn and Zavier; her father-in-law Lester; her sister-in-law Johnna Tyson (Josh); her sibling's children, Alyssa, Morgan Derley and Skyler Tyson; her sister-in-law Ronda Scantlin (Ward); and her nephew Alex. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Adrianna and Dallas Derley Education Fund in care of Beckwith Mortuary, PO Box 477, Larned, Kansas 67550.
