He is survived by: his wife Lenice Divis (Fox); his son Scott Divis of Lewis; his grandchildren, Jacey, Jenna and Tucker; his daughter Jill Shephard (Brian) of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Mila Morrison and Brynlee Shephard; and his brother Duane Divis (Carol).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (201 Massachusetts Ave, Kinsley, KS 67547). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wayne Cemetery (2049 J Rd, Lewis, KS 67552).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church or Lewis Volunteer Fire Department in care of McKillip Memorial Funeral Home, Kinsley, Kansas.
